DKP Log Parser has become a bit too large for this site, additionally I want a larger community involvement in the project. Currently many sites are calling DKP Log Parser "Lokorin's DKP Log Parser" which is wrong, I feel that it being hosted at this site is the cause of that. Therefor a new site just for DKP Log Parser is being constructed.
The new website is itself viewed as a project. I'm not going to reuse the php CMS that I have built for other pages, because where would the fun be in that? Instead I'm going to use Java for the website, starting from scratch.
It has been a long time since the last project (Internet Observer) was started, so it's abut time. I know that IObserver has been neglected during the last few months in favor of DKP Log Parser, I will continue with IObserver, but I need to split DKP Log Parser from the rest of my projects first.
I welcome any help with building the website, to kick the whole thing off I have started a small contest for selecting a temporary placeholder logo for the project and eventually the logo that will be used to represent the new website and the DKP Log Parser client. Please post in the forum if you would like to help with any part of the website, personally I don't like designing websites, so anyone willing to do that will probably get the job. All contributions will be listed in the completed website.
