Gets the breadcrumbs to a specified category.

return:	The breadcrumbs in XHTML format.
access:	private

integer	$categoryId	The category to which the bradcrumbs should lead.
boolean	$disableLast	If the last category should be disabled (not letting the user click it) or not.
string	$appandage	If something should be appended to the end of the breadcrumbs, then it should be specified with this param.
